Andreia, as jurist, coordinates the information of the entire International Law department at PGS Sociedade de Advogados for Brazil, namely in the areas of Family, Migration and Nationality.
Andreia has a degree in law from the University of Braz Cubas (2006) with a postgraduate degree in Labor Law (2009) and a lawyer in Brazil where she works permanently at Prado e Garcia Legal Consultancy.

During his career, she obtained specialization in the areas of Social Security Law, Legal (2006), Labor Law USP (2008), Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration CACB-CBMAE (2010) and Complementary Course on Qualification, training and improvement of mediators and conciliators – OAB ESA (2012).
Among the many activities in which she worked, she was Conciliator at the Suzano District Forum – 1st and 4th Court (2013), Conciliator and Mediator – CEJUSC (Judiciary Center for Conflict Resolution and Citizenship of Mogi das Cruzes – SP (2014 to 2015) ; Conciliator Special Criminal Court of Mogi das Cruzes SP and Conciliator 1 Civil Court of the District of Mogi das Cruzes- SP (2009 to 2015), in addition to the procedural management of expertise in the labor process.
She has a long history of supporting the Brazilian community in advising on issues of legal advice on emigration, nationality, legalization, employment, business implementation in the European economic space, in particular with reference to the Portuguese and Italian economic and legal framework.
Andreia is fluente in Italian, Portuguese and English language.
