forensic advocacy, representing national and foreign customers before a great variety of types of jurisdictions, national and international, covering, in particular, commercial law, corporate law, civil law, economic regulatory offence law.<\/p>\n<p>PGS Law Firm promotes alternative methods to conflict resolution, including arbitration and intermediation.<\/p>\n<p>Based on its acquired termination of operation, provision of real estate services, as well as on onus and charges, co-ownership regimes, possessory actions, claims on property rights and protective restitution and seizure);<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Disputes in the context of civil law, namely division of property, inventories, inheritances and matters pertaining to family;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Arbitrations;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Credit recovery, including protective orders, injunctions, declarative action and executive action;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Debt
